In court documents filed last month, U.S. Attorney for Western Michigan Donald Davis asked the U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids to allow the federal government to keep more than $433,000, a $126,000 coin collection and a powerboat seized from David McQueen and others allegedly involved with multiple investment fraud in West Michigan.
