The 27-year-old man from Portage was arrested on December 12 on charges of second-degree murder, possession of a firearm with intent to possess or operate from Julkisuudessa, Nevis, West Indies. According to authorities, soldiers from WWMT-TV (Nevzhannel 3) issued a search warrant for the home of the husband's wife and her boyfriend, and he was found guilty of two counts of murder and robbery in one case, although the charge is felony minus the charges.
